Role Summary:

A Patient Caregiver provides compassionate, hands-on assistance and support to patients in their homes or healthcare facilities. They help with daily living activities, monitor patient well-being, and ensure comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety during movement.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in the patient’s condition to medical staff or family.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatments as directed.
• Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to patients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including basic housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals about patient progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare and first aid.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not always required.

Working Conditions:
